So, as with any industry politics and office politics, there comes a time when you will be told to not speak, move or do anything at all, particularly when you get into a job or any organization, most likely. The reason being will be so that you don't hurt anybody's feelings, step outta line or step on anybody's toes.
As we all know, people are very sensitive. Particularly when it comes to their occupation. Well really, they are sensitive because I don't know why... Anyway. Often Times you will hear somebody say don't be yourself because you'll be "stepping on somebody's Toe's". What does me being myself have to do with stepping on anybody's toes? You might ask.
I've battled with that mentality for quiet sometime now and uh... frankly, Fuck it. Don't want your toes to be stepped on. Wear some steel toe shoes, Call HLS Construction, they'll point you out to some very inexpensive and rather comfy steel toe shoes that will certainly keep your toes safe in case.... Well, when they get stepped on!!!
Or, simply move your feet. Because we all know, you're only leaving your foot out because your intention is to trip somebody up, so you can laugh at that person's misery. Unbeknownst to you, the person knows your intentions and decide to stomp on your Toes, because you're just fucking retarded and want to drag people down to your level of stupidity. My advice is move out of the way.
The Truth is, nobody is entitled to anything in this life. For a person to believe that and act as though they are entitled is just mind boggling to me. Face it, you're jealous that somebody is in fact, better than you, and now you feel as though you want to bring that person down at all costs, but frankly it's going to cost you all you got and then some. Word of advice, you will lose it all...
My point is, stop dimming other people's lights with fabricated stories on how this or that, there are people better than you and frankly they don't care about stepping on toes because that's not what they even think about, but if you want to victimize yourself, go for it, but you better get those steel toe shoes or move.
