Tampon Mentality

So, Tampon Mentality is a concept I have came up with, which is based on the way people will Treat Other's solely for the purpose of fulfilling a temporary need and then Discarding the person afterwards. This Mentality is incredibly pervasive in the workplace and general everyday life. Be Aware of these individuals and their mentality, it is worse than a virus, it's not contagious but it does exist. Generally it comes from a feeling associated with inferiority. Either Caused by Jealousy, enviousness or resentment. No cure.
